Seller Central → Settings → Notification Preferences → Buyer Messages. Whatever address you put there receives buyer messages, and replies from it are threaded back to the buyer.
It is the only programmatic way to receive buyer messages, because the API does not expose them. Any tool that answers Amazon messages for you will hand you an address and ask you to put it here.
Amazon never shows the buyer's real email. The sender is a masked address, and your reply goes back through it. The buyer's identity never reaches you or the tool.
Changing this setting is not the same as sharing a password. Put your own address back and the connection ends. If a tool asks for your Amazon password instead, do not use it.
